Tarpaulins for trailers
The offer includes tarpaulins for trailers in any configurations: four-sided tarpaulins, tarpaulins for semi-trailers with rear doors, front walls and for semi-trailers with adjustable height or with a sliding roof structure.
Tarpaulins for flatbed trailers are made in accordance with customs regulations, which allows you to obtain customs certificates for specific trailers. The sides of the trailer are made of PVC material with a grammage of 680 - 900g/m2, depending on the type of product, the tarpaulins are equipped with rollers and buckles to facilitate quick loading and unloading of goods as well as securing them during transport. The tarpaulin is fastened to the trailer frame using various types of buckles, which allows quick opening of the entire side. The side wall made entirely of tarpaulin is reinforced with special belts which, if the load shifts on the trailer, will not cause it to tear and also protect the load from falling out during transport.
We make tarpaulins for curtain trailers equipped with sliding roofs and adjustable frame height, from very typical to highly advanced solutions.
We also specialize in the production of roofs for car trailers. We make tarpaulins, curtains and roofs both for the first assembly of brand new vehicles as well as for the needs of many transport companies. Tarpaulins - side curtains are also equipped with reflective tape according to the customer's requirements. Optionally, we can equip the tarpaulin with an anti-theft system using a special anti-burglary net with various mesh sizes.
Tipper tarpaulinsk
In order to protect loose products or asphalt during transport, we make tarpaulins for car bodies and tipper semi-trailers. We use material with a grammage of 650-900 g/m2. The tarpaulin is equipped with eyelets, a rope, and, at the customer's request, side handles are mounted on the side. Additionally, it is possible to use a rolling system on one of the sides. We also offer specialized tarpaulins for tipper trucks used to protect bituminous masses from 600 g/m2 to 1200 g/m2, resistant to high temperatures. We can equip each tarpaulin with rolling and tensioning systems according to the customer's requirements.
Tarpaulins for car trailers are an irreplaceable accessory for those who transport various types of goods that require protection against unfavorable weather conditions, such as rain or snow, as well as against dirt. Made of durable and waterproof materials, such as PVC or polyethylene, they ensure that the transported items reach their destination intact. Thanks to the use of fastening systems, such as rubber cords or belts with buckles, the tarpaulins can be easily and securely attached, which guarantees the stability of the load and additionally protects it from falling out during transport.
Container tarpaulins are an essential element used to secure cargo transported in various types of containers, including those used in sea transport. They play a key role in protecting transported goods against unfavorable weather conditions, such as rain, snow or strong sunlight. These tarpaulins are adapted to a specific type of container - both for the OPEN TOP version, which requires securing the upper part, and for containers with curtain sides, where the tarpaulin serves as a movable side wall. Their solid construction and resistance to mechanical damage and weather conditions guarantee not only the safety of goods, but also multiple uses, which is important from the point of view of the economic use of containers.

The assembly of tarpaulin components and packaging are fully automated. The average production efficiency of tarpaulins for trailers and car bodies is 1200 pieces per month.
Highly qualified and experienced employees are an important asset of the company. The production team of almost 150 people works in a 2-shift system. We have our own design, construction and graphics department. We employ experienced management and engineering staff as well as steel structure fitters. Thanks to the efficient organization of the construction process, we are able to meet the high requirements of each client.
We use tarpaulin materials from renowned European brands such as: Sioen, Mehler, Heytex, Scantarp, Ferrari and Settler.
Our suppliers are the largest European producers of PVC materials. The grammage of tarpaulin material used to produce various types of tarpaulins ranges between 650-680, 900 and even 1200-1450 g/m2.
We mostly use accessories from renowned European companies on our tarpaulins. Depending on the customer's specifications, tarpaulins can be equipped with special corners and additional reinforcements as well as a customs rope, silicone lines and possibly rubber tension. At the customer's request, we equip tarpaulins with reflective tape and other necessary accessories.
A car can be an effective, mobile advertising medium. We can place advertising graphics on all tarpaulins. We have a very well-equipped graphic studio. We paint simple graphic motifs with special, weather-resistant paints. We also offer "full color" graphics - a very durable and faithful reproduction of color photographs using large-format prints directly on white tarpaulin material.
