A warehouse built based on tent hall technology is a great price and functional alternative to traditional buildings. As a temporary facility, it does not require a building permit, which allows you to start the investment immediately in the event of an urgent need for additional storage space for year-round use. The light and durable structure with a gable roof, based on innovative aluminum profiles, is easy to assemble and dismantle.
The aluminum tent hall can be used in normal weather conditions, when there is no increased snowfall. The design is prepared in accordance with currently applicable construction standards, which guarantees durability, safety of use and versatility of applications. Aluminum halls do not require permanent foundations, and their functionality is able to meet all the requirements for modern, year-round warehouse halls.
The aluminum halls offered by HugeHalls are perfect as temporary, protective, event, sports or production halls, for use all year round.
To increase safety of use, aluminum halls are attached directly to the ground with pins. It can be any hardened surface, such as crushed stone, concrete cubes or asphalt. Appropriate design and construction without additional internal supports provide fully accessible storage space, as in traditional warehouse buildings.
The most popular and attractively priced form of finishing a warehouse tent is fire-resistant PVC material with a thickness of 650 g/m² with a fire protection certificate or, optionally, OPAK material 800 g/m² (impermeable to sunlight), which ensures protection of stored goods for several years. An important advantage of this coating is easy and cheap repair, and in the case of PVC material with a thickness of 650 g/m², light transmittance, which significantly affects electricity savings during the day.
The walls can also be made of trapezoidal sheet metal or sandwich panels, which makes it possible to strengthen the structure and increase thermal insulation. With sandwich panel walls, the roof covering will always be made of PVC material, in accordance with the legal basis and construction assumptions. Thermal insulation of the roof in storage tents can then be increased by using an air-pumped roof or one insulated with thermal insulation.
Aluminum halls can be equipped with gates (sliding or sectional, manual or electric), doors, windows, roof lights (ridge or slope), wall lights (side or gable), gravitational or mechanical ventilation, and gutters.
The price of a temporary hall based on an aluminum structure is up to 25% of the cost of building a traditional industrial hall.
