Agricultural hall structures

AGRICULTURAL HALL STRUCTURES AS WAREHOUSES IN MODERN FARMS.

Tent hall structures for agricultural applications provide permanent cover, storage and shelter that can be used both in small and large farms as temporary warehouses for straw, grain, fodder, fertilizers, as well as seasonal stalls for cows, sheep, goat or a garage for agricultural equipment and machinery. Quick and easy installation in a selected place on the farm, durable construction and low maintenance costs are the main advantages.

All-year-round agricultural tent halls are an excellent economic alternative to brick buildings. They consist of an arched load-bearing structure made of a single galvanized pipe or truss and a cover made of the highest quality fire-resistant 680 g/m² or 900 g/m² tarpaulin. They do not require foundations, and thus a building permit. Assembly takes 1-4 days.

Depending on the type of ground, the structure is secured by 1 m or 1.5 m anchors.

TYPES OF AGRICULTURAL HALLS

HugeHalls agricultural hall structures are widely used as:

  • Hay barns – the arched shape of the hall structure provides optimal space when storing bales with straw or hay. The size of the hall structure is flexible. It can be adjusted to the size of a given production volume, and in the future, it can be expanded with further segments
  • Horse riding arenas – the designs of the horse riding hall structures are tailored to the needs and type of training, regardless of weather conditions
  • Cattle barns – to be used year-round as protection against wind, rain and low temperatures in animal husbandry.
  • Grain warehouses – provide protection against weather conditions and pests not only for grains but also all crops.
  • Agricultural machinery storage - after the installation of façade walls and retractable gates or doors, the hall structure turns into a functional facility protecting agricultural machinery from the elements and providing an area for service and repair
  • Waste and recycling hall structures

Agricultural shelters have a high resistance to weather conditions, ensuring the safety of livestock, equipment and crops.

The construction of an agricultural hall structure takes only a few days, which makes it an excellent, economical solution to increase indoor farm space.
