Integrated Management System Policy

HugeHalls Group S.A., engaged in the production and sale of tent halls, steel and aluminium structures, as well as various types of tarpaulins and other products made from PVC materials, aims to achieve a significant position in both the Polish and foreign markets while maintaining its status as a trustworthy partner through continuous improvement in management and competitively meeting customer needs in a modern, safe, economical, and environmentally friendly manner.

STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES

  1. Maintaining and continuously improving the Integrated Management System in accordance with the requirements of the standards PN–EN ISO 9001, AQAP 2110:2016, PN–EN ISO 14001, PN–EN ISO 45001, PN–EN ISO 3834–2, and PN–EN 1090–1.
  2. Maintaining and systematically expanding the existing customer base.
  3. We should conduct rational waste management to minimise its impact on the environment, reduce the amount of waste generated, and rationalise the use of resources.
  4. Initiating investment or modernisation tasks using new available techniques (BAT).
  5. Raising awareness regarding quality, ecology, and occupational health and safety among all employees and engaging them in promoting and applying environmental protection principles.

WE DECLARE:

  • compliance with the requirements of legislation and legal regulations regarding quality, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety, as well as fulfilling compliance obligations;
  • ensuring safe and hygienic working conditions to prevent work-related injuries and health issues;
  • eliminating hazards and reducing risks related to occupational health and safety;
  • environmental protection, including preventing pollution;
  • consultations and involvement of employees in occupational health and safety matters;
  • providing resources for the functioning of the Integrated Management System and informing that the Integrated Management System Policy
    – aligns with the organisation’s set objectives
    – has been agreed upon with employees
    – is publicly available;
  • considering the requirements of interested parties related to climate change in the company’s operations.

The determination of the organisation’s context and the risks and opportunities assessed by HugeHalls Group S.A. serve as the basis for increasing the effectiveness of the integrated management system.

The Quality Policy is periodically reviewed and updated to define new, higher objectives.
